Tracy was MOST helpful in planning & carrying out my move from SC to NC. While her professionalism was apparent, she was always pleasant & friendly. Without Tracy in charge, I would probably still be packing boxes. I would highly recommend Tracy & Smooth Transitions.

Downsizing and moving my parents included many complicated transactions that hit bumps all along the road. Tracy was ALWAYS calm, helpful, understanding and flexible. Pure Professionalism at Every Step!
I recently had the privilege of working with Smooth Transitions of Myrtle Beach to help me with my move to another state. From the first time I met with Tracy Dilligard I was impressed and my admiration and awe continued throughout my move. Couldn't Have Been Simpler!
Honestly I don’t know what I would have done without the help from Tracy and her team at Smooth Transitions Myrtle Beach. I was overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start. They came in on a white horse and brought order to my extremely chaotic situation. They were patient with me as I was melting down. Tracy calmed me down, assured me that she was here to help, rolled up her sleeves along with her staff and dug in. There is no way I would have gotten it down without Smooth Transitions Myrtle Beach. I don’t know how Tracy and her team does it, but I will never take on the task of moving again without them.

Downsizing Without the Stress!
Our independent 89-year-old mother had arranged her downsizing move out of state mostly on her own with some preparation help from her out-of-town children over the previous months. When the moving week arrived we discovered a misunderstanding with the moving company. We had thought the packing up portion of the process was included. Fortunately, the moving company contacted Smooth Transitions at the last minute, and Tracy and Marilyn were able to help us get everything packed up for us quickly. Tracy also contacted the destination senior community and let us know that there was a $1000 voucher that we could use towards hiring an unpacking company! This saved a lot of our time and effort.
